This year I decided to put my baking skills to good use and participate in the RSPCA Cupcake Day...what a mission!
A whole day of baking and decorating...I made white chocolate & raspberry, orange & poppy seed, vanilla, gluten free chocolate and then gluten free chocolate & raspberry.
Some lovely ladies I work with also bought in some scrumptious delights...was a very successful day!
you need to come down and show me how to get cupcakes so perfect, mine are always bumpy and hard to ice!!! Not that the eaters mind (MR 4, Huby and the boys at work)!
ReplyDeleteI'll email you my vanilla recipe which gives the perfect dome on top...then you just add whatever flavours or fruits you want :-)
